As Roy tells Sam to ‘trust no-one,’ Sam’s hallucinations return next week in worrying Coronation Street spoilers
Sam's teamed up with 'Roy'
In tonight’s episode of Coronation Street (Friday, May 15), Sam Blakeman’s hallucinations continued – and this time, he was seeing Roy.
After weeks of seeing Will Driscoll everywhere he turned, Sam’s now turned to seeing Roy Cropper.
But, as Sam continues to struggle, it appears that Roy is the only one Sam feels like he can trust.

Roy tells Sam to ‘trust no-one’ in Coronation Street
Tonight in Coronation Street, Nick and Toyah had a word with Roy and asked him if they could spend some time with Sam as they reckoned it would do him some good.
Roy then visited a struggling Sam at the bistro and offered to play a game of chess with him. Sam was very caught up on a tracking device he’d found in his bag though, believing that a pupil from school must’ve put it there.
Suddenly, Roy received a call from a builder and had to briefly rush off to deal with it back at Roy’s Rolls. But, during this time, Sam hallucinated Roy and was fed words of wisdom on how Nick might not actually want him in his life.
When the real Roy returned, Sam thanked him for being so honest with him. Roy then spoke to Nick and Toyah and told them about the tracking device. It turned out though that Nick had been behind it, wanting to keep an eye on Sam because he didn’t want to get a new phone.
On a bench in the garden outside, Sam then met up with Roy again. This time, Roy warned him to ‘trust no-one.’
People like them had a lot of enemies because they felt ‘threatened’ by their intellectual way of thinking. The way of surviving in this world was to suss out their foes before they attacked. By forming an alliance with Roy and doing exactly as he said, Sam would be okay.

Coronation Street spoilers confirm further Sam hallucinations
It seems that Sam’s alliance with the hallucinated version of Roy will intensify next week if Coronation Street spoilers are anything to go by.
Sam’s paranoia deepens next week when Roy accompanies him down the Street and delivers a worrying warning that leaves the youngster badly unsettled. Telling Sam once again that he should ‘trust no-one,’ Roy’s cryptic words only add to the confusion already swirling around in Sam’s mind.
After weeks of struggling with frightening hallucinations and growing fears that people are against him, Sam’s unsure who he can really rely on. As Roy’s comments continue to play on his mind, Sam starts looking over his shoulder and questioning the motives of those closest to him. But is Roy really saying these things – or is Sam losing grip on reality once again?
