Inside Nandos The inside story of the restaurant, which almost sank without trace after opening its first takeaway in 1992 in Ealing. But when the owners ditched the fast-food model and introduced a system of table service - not to mention its grilled chicken with lashings of peri-peri sauce - the business took off.
