As the truth about Zoe’s twins was revealed, Harry and the Mitchells recovered from the events of last week. After sharing a heart-to-heart with Penny, Harry agreed to get clean, and checked himself into a detox clinic at his mum’s arrangement.

Meanwhile, Linda returned to Albert Square as Elaine celebrated the opening of Peacock Palace… and she wasn’t happy to see what her mum had done with the place.

Elsewhere, the missing charity money still playing on her mind, Lauren pressed Ian for help.

Harry’s getting clean

With Harry out of the hospital, Nicola had booked him a place at a detox clinic – although he was reluctant to go, and continued to stew over his father’s life sentence. Meanwhile, Teddy’s words about Nicola were playing on Billy’s mind as he watched her and George play house.

Honey advised him to keep quiet about his concerns, but will Billy decide to tell George what Teddy had said about his ex?

Later, Penny found Harry downing beers at Container Junction. Taking him back home, she encouraged him to get help with his addiction. Nicola returned home to find Harry with his bags packed, ready to go to rehab.

After bidding a fond farewell to her and Kojo, Harry climbed into the back of a taxi and left Walford to get clean.

Linda returned as Peacock Palace opened its doors

It was the opening day of Elaine’s boutique hotel, and she was determined to mark the occasion with a bang. A shocked Linda arrived back on Albert Square to find the opening ceremony in full swing – bells, whistles and all.

Linda wasn’t happy to see what Elaine had been up to in her absence, giving her mum a piece of her mind.

Lauren panicked over the money

Lauren continued to panic about the ‘missing’ charity money. Ian reassured her that he was shifting some money around, and that he’d have everything in hand.
