Jake and Chrissie left Walford

With all the Jasmine drama unfolding in The Vic, Jake and Chrissie made their escape. Jake wanted to go home, but Chrissie told him things were over between them since he tried to get her to confess to a crime she didn’t commit.

He promised to make it up to her, and went to buy an engagement ring. As Jake got down on one knee, Chrissie turned down his proposal… but soon changed her mind.

As the police arrived to arrest Jasmine, Chrissie panicked that they were here for her. The pair did a runner, leaving Walford and all its drama behind.

Max had his heart broken

When Linda asked Max out for a drink that evening, he instantly assumed it was a date. Thrilled, he bought a new tie and some flowers for Linda… but it was all for nothing.

Linda made it clear that there would never be romance between them and that she just wanted to be friends so they could co-parent Annie, leaving Max devastated.

George and Nicola are having a girl

George and Nicola gathered everyone for a gender reveal party and discovered they’re having a girl.

The news went down well with their kids, who also assumed they were going to announce they’re a couple. George and Nicola denied being anything but friends… but are they being honest?

Kojo made an announcement

Determined to get his independence back, Kojo revealed he was moving back into his old flat. Harry, George and Gina were adamant that it was a bad idea, considering what went on there last year. But Kojo was adamant.
