Determined to make the most of their surprise baby news, the pair are planning a future together, and fans couldn’t be happier for them. Someone who isn’t happy, however, is Suki. And when she heard from Jack that she was going to be a grandparent earlier this week, she saw red. Suki didn’t take kindly to being confronted. Especially as it seemed that she might have finally met her match in Penny. When mum-to-be Penny asked her if she had been avoiding her all week, Suki commented on the fact that they move in ‘different circles’ and tried to get out of the conversation. While Penny certainly isn’t afraid to stand up to Suki, next week sees more baby drama when Suki tries to sabotage everything for Penny and Vinny. And for a while, it works. Despite Suki initially turning down Vinny’s olive branch, she eventually comes around and agrees to lunch at Jack and Denise’s. The tension finally starts to thaw between Suki and Penny, and it looks like they might actually be friends. However, the truce doesn’t last long. Penny reassures Vinny that he doesn’t have to buy her love with gifts, but her words don’t seem to resonate with Vinny. Are Penny and Vinny strong enough to stand up to Suki? (Credit: BBC) Instead, he shocks Penny by telling her that he has put a deposit down on a shop for her on Turpin Road. At first, Penny tells him that it is too much and she can’t accept it. But after talking things through with Gina, she changes her mind and thanks a delighted Vinny. However, when Suki gets wind of Vinny’s grand gesture, she is fuming and accuses Penny of only being with Vinny for his money. As Suki causes more devastating heartache, when will she realise how much Penny and Vinny care for one another? What else happened in EastEnders tonight? As well as Penny and Suki clashing, Josh and Oscar finally met, while Billy managed to upset Bea. Elsewhere, Linda caught Max in a compromising position. Oscar and Josh's meet-cute After finding out more about his birth family, Josh agreed to meet with the Truemans next week. But while Denise and Kim went to tell Patrick the good news, Josh bumped into Iscar - literally. The pair met as Oscar was walking along with a milkshake, which he ended up wearing when Josh accidentally collided with him. However, the spilt drink was soon the last thing on their minds as the pair flirted and Oscar made a joke about there being other ways for Josh to get his attention. It seems this is just the start of things to come for 'Joscar'. Bea put on the crocodile tears Bea continued to get her feet under the table at Billy and Honey's house. But when she took on the role of mum for Will and helped him get a job at Harry's Barn, Billy saw red. With Harvey's warning about Bea getting too close to his family still playing on his mind, Billy told Bea to back off, making her cry. But were her tears real? Max and Cindy get caught out After Max apologised for his actions earlier in the week, Linda invited him out with her and Annie. After a nice lunch, Max and Linda were back on good terms. Even Elaine's attempts to point out Max's flaws didn't put Linda off. After hearing that Max was drinking alone in The Albert, she went to keep him company.
