Coming face-to-face with Joel for the first time since he beat her half to death has understandably been playing on Vicki’s mind. While she’s grateful to have her little brother, Mark Jr, in Walford to support her, Vicki couldn’t help but panic about what was ahead. So when Zack came into the cafe and offered to cook her dinner, she jumped at the chance. Things didn’t go any further, as Kathy walked in on them… but they could have. When Vicki got to Zack’s, armed with wine, she immediately made herself at home. It was clear that the pair were comfortable in one another’s company… and it wasn’t long before sparks flew. But while Vicki was otherwise engaged, she didn’t see Ross calling her phone. Ross called Vicki, unaware she was with Zack (Credit: BBC) Joel’s trial loomed While Vicki was with Zack, Ross was drowning his sorrow in the pub. He wasn’t happy when Mark arrived, mainly because the last time they met, Mark left him with a black eye. Thankfully, Alfie was there to defuse the situation, and Mark and Ross finally called a truce. They agreed to be friends for Vicki’s sake… oblivious to what was going on back at Zack’s flat. Things got flirty for Zack and Vicki (Credit: BBC) The drama continues tomorrow In tomorrow’s episode, it is the morning after the night before for Vicki. But there is no time to dwell on her guilt, as Joel’s trial date has arrived. As she heads to court with Ross and Mark supporting her, Zack makes a last-minute dash to join them. In court, Joel tries to put on a front as Tommy gives evidence. However, when Vicki takes the stand, the defence’s tactics provoke her to rush out of court. What else happened in EastEnders tonight? While things were getting cosy for Zack and Vicki, Elaine and Ian's feud took a shocking turn. Elsewhere, Phil started the hunt for the police informant, unaware he was right under his nose. And Jasmine went missing, sending shockwaves around the Square. Elaine made a grave mistake With her heart broken following George's baby bombshell, Ian's tip-off to the local paper tipped her over the edge. After seeing he had taken a picture of Councillor Barker going into her B&B with his mistress, Elaine was horrified to see the story had made front page news. Fuming that her business had been painted in a bad light, she confronted Ian. But he was happy to see his plan work and enjoyed her misery. However, when Elaine saw one of Kathy's cabs sitting outside her boutique hotel, she rammed her own car into it, pretending it was an accident. But what she didn't realise was that Kathy was in the car at the time and was injured in the 'accident'. The walls closed in on Ravi While Ravi's family life was finally starting to look up, he was oblivious to the danger he was in. Desperate to clear his name, Mark put pressure on Phil to find out who the local informant is. Surely it's only a matter of time before they realise it is Ravi? Jasmine vanished into thin air Oscar and Kat were both horrified to find Jasmine had done a runner. But both were sad to see her go for very different reasons. While Oscar hit the bottle to mask his heartache, Kat was left wondering how she would get Zoe out of jail. When Max revealed Jasmine lied about making a statement to the police, Kat was shocked.
