As Vicki plans to confess to Ross, her blackmailer is finally revealed - but as always, there's a catch

Vicki gets closer to working out who is blackmailing her...

Vicki was struggling to cope with the stress of being blackmailed in today’s EastEnders. But as she confronted numerous Walford locals to find out if they were the ones who took the photo, she got closer to the truth.

Vicki did some (bad!) detective work

While Vicki was in turmoil, Ross was oblivious to what was going on. So he spent his day organising a flash mob dance with Harvey, Ian, Howie and Alfie. As he tried to convince his friends it would be a fun surprise for Vicki at the wedding, she was offloading to Zack at The Vic.

When Zack suggested she try to do some detective work, her first suspect was Zoe. Trying to accuse Zoe while also keeping her fling with Zack a secret was hard, but it soon turned out that she was barking up the wrong tree.

Not knowing where to turn, Vicki confessed all to Mark. He wasn’t surprised that the kiss had happened, having spent the last few weeks trying to advise Vicki against living in the same house as Zack.

EastEnders: Mark got closer to the truth for Vicki

It didn’t take Mark long to track down which house the text was sent from using the app’s location settings. Vicki was shocked to see that the text was sent from Lauren and Peter’s house. And, of course, she immediately suspected Cindy.

After an awkward conversation in the cafe where Vicki tried to work out where Cindy was when the message was sent, she realised Cindy had an alibi as she was at the cinema with Peter.

Next on her list was Lauren.

Mark went to confront Lauren, knowing she needed money for Jimmy’s nursery fees. Lauren didn’t have a clue what they were talking about, and Vicki soon realised she had got the wrong end of the stick and made their excuses to leave.

The truth came out

It was only when Ian made a passing comment about Vicki and Zack looking cosy in the Square that they decided it was him.

Zack, Vicki and Mark confronted a confused Ian. As they got their wires crossed, Vicki accidentally admitted she had been having a fling. And it didn’t take Ian long to work out it was with Zack.

Back at Lauren and Peter’s, Ian confronted the pair, who promised it was over. Ian was annoyed to realise that Mark and Kathy both knew about the fling, and told Vicki she needed to come clean to Ross.

As they are talking, Vicki gets another text. This time the blackmailer is demanding £20.000 for their silence.

The drama continues for Vicki in EastEnders tomorrow

With Ian in the clear, Vicki is out of options tomorrow and decides it is time to tell Ross the truth before someone else does. Just as she is about to confess all, they are interrupted, and he agrees to meet Vicki for lunch instead.

But there’s a catch, because a huge twist erupts before they can meet. Is Vicki finally about to work out the identity of her blackmailer?

What else happened in EastEnders tonight?

As well as Vicki trying to track down her blackmailer, Vinny started to realise Ravi wasn't himself. Meanwhile, Oscar challenged Max and Lauren to a hilarious quiz, and Bea got her credit card statement through.

Oscar stole the show

While Vicki's drama was playing out, across the Square, Lauren, Max and Oscar were making their own entertainement. Oscar decided to hold a quiz to see who was the best salesperson in the car lot. In a hilarious sceme, Max narrowly won and celebrated his victory by gloating to Lauren. Oscar was in his element as quiz master, and fans couldn't get enough.

Vinny worried about Ravi

As Ravi helped Vinny clear the shop for Penny's grand opening, he was distracted and distant. As Vinny tried to talk to him about his worries about being a good dad, Ravi's lack of conversdation worried Vinny. Later, Nugget and Avani turned up, both looking stressed. Avani revealed that someone had filmed Nugget having a seizure and posted it online. Even though this was usually something that would enrage Ravi, he remained quiet and disconnected... sending off alarm bells for Vinny.

Bea span more lies

Bea panicked when the post came in, and Honey saw there was a letter from a credit card company. She assumed it was a letter trying to get her to take out another card, but Bea knew it was her first statement. She managed to hide it without Honey seeing, and later opened it when she was alone. She was shocked to see it was a bill for over a thousand pounds, and started to panic. She tried to take the dress back from Penny's stall, but Penny wasn't having any of it, having seen her wearing it the day before. She then lied to Honey that she had found a new flat and needed a deposit. Honey agreed to try to loan her the cash, little knowing Bea was going to use it to pay off a credit card in her name.
