Here’s everything that happened in EastEnders tonight. Hot shot lawyer Ritchie defended Zoe (Credit: BBC) Zoe was taken to the police station At the Slater house, the family discussed Zoe, questioning how she could abandon a baby. As Zoe stood in the hallway listening in, Jean claimed it was all ‘drama, drama, drama’ since Zoe returned. Because, before she arrived back, the Slaters lives’ was all sunshine and roses. But as if to prove Jean’s point, DS Spencer soon arrived to talk to Zoe. She shared the news that Greg Dolan has been charged with attempted murder, but added he has accused Zoe of assault. Zoe was asked to go down to the station to answer a few questions, and she was led to the waiting police car outside. Article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Kat headed to Phil’s house and begged him to call his hot shot lawyer, Ritchie Scott. Using emotional blackmail over Tommy to convince him, Phil granted her this favour. At the police station, Ritchie arrived and took control. She worked her magic and Zoe was quickly released, meaning she is off the hook. Sharon is back in Walford (Credit: BBC) Sharon returned to EastEnders and came face to face with Zoe Along with the police, Zoe Slater also had Sharon to deal with. After a long break, Sharon finally returned to the Square with son Albie after visiting Michelle in Australia. The first person Sharon saw as she climbed out of a taxi was Zoe, who was having a cup of tea on the Street in her pyjamas. As you do. Sharon went home and immediately questioned Zack and Vicki on why they hadn’t told her Zoe was back. Zack and Vicki tried to keep Sharon calm, but she struggled as she pointed out: “She got pregnant by our dad and tried to persuade Dennis it was his so she could take him away from me. She left our dad for dead and tried to cover it up.” Sharon did manage to take stock for a minute though as she remembered to tell Vicki that Michelle was moving to Florida with Mark Jr. But talk soon returned to Zoe, with Zack reminding Sharon that it all happened 20 years ago. Their words must have hit home as Sharon later went to see Zoe in the pub. She informed Zoe that she is tired, and after losing her son, and Martin’s death, she just wants to move forward. She added that if Zoe wants to stay in the Square, she won’t get in the way. Shocked by Sharon’s word, Zoe thanked her. Kat demanded the truth (Credit: BBC) Kat had bad news for Zoe With Zoe now having two things to celebrate, she was eager to get the Champagne out in The Queen Vic. But Kat soon put a stop to her cheer. Stacey let it slip that Zoe had a mystery man with her when she went to see Greg. Viewers of course know that the mystery man is Max Branning. Kat later asked Zoe about the mystery man as well as asking who the father of her twins is. Zoe refused to answer, leading Kat to make a big announcement. Kat had previously said she’d give Zoe the money for an investigator to help her find her son. But she told Zoe that she would no longer be doing that if Zoe couldn’t be honest with her. What else happened in EastEnders tonight? Elsewhere in EastEnders on Monday, Cindy moved in with Peter and Lauren and didn't waste any time before she was barking orders. Meanwhile, newcomer Jasmine made her first appearance. Cindy was bossy Cindy moved in to Lauren and Peter's house, barked out orders and headed off to work. At work, she continued to bark out orders, as she became frustrated with barman Bossy and cleaners Mo and Jean. After one annoyance too many, Cindy told Mo she was sacked. Jean pointed out that Cindy couldn't sack Mo because 'Clean Slaters' (what a great name!) have the contract for that building. Oscar saw Jasmine While all the drama with Cindy and Mo was happening at the bar, Oscar was sitting outside scrolling on his phone. He came across a picture of Jasmine, which he immediately 'loved.' As the shouting at the bar drew a crowd, Oscar looked up and spotted Jasmine. He double checked the photo on his phone to confirm it was definitely her. Could love be in the air for the two of them? Peter made a female friend Peter took Jimmy to a sensory class. There, he met Demi and her daughter Leyla. Peter and Demi seemed to get on well immediately, and she even came to his rescue when Peter didn't have any spare clothes for Jimmy following a 'poonami' incident. When Demi asked to swap numbers, Peter thought she was trying it on with him and quickly said he had 'a Lauren.' But Demi quickly said she just wanted his number so they can arrange for him to give the clothes back. When Peter took Demi's phone, he noticed her screen picture was of herself semi nude. She revealed she is a burlesque artist and teased Peter about looking at it too much, saying: "You’ve got a Lauren." Later, when Peter told Lauren about Jimmy’s clothes and that he had made a friend, Lauren assumed it was another dad, even joking 'bet you were the only two dads in there.' Peter didn't correct her and later he messaged Demi. Kim had another driving incident After being afraid to get behind the wheel again following an accident that put Denzel's life in danger, Kim has managed to overcome her fears. However, in a comedy sketch she managed to have a different sort of accident. As she bragged about a brand deal with an ice cream shop, or 'dinner dessert' shop as she called it, she got distracted and drove off with her camera equipment on top of her car. As Ian and other called out to her about the camera bag, which had now fallen to the floor, Kim reversed back - straight over said bag, breaking all the equipment.
