Kaggie Hyland, Editor-in-Chief

Kaggie has been a TV journalist for over 20 years and has been writing about soaps throughout her career. 

She’s watched EastEnders since childhood, loving her EastEnders drama with a side order of camp! She used to love Peggy and Pat’s catfights and thinks Patrick Truman is a much under-rated character.

Carena Crawford, Managing Editor

Carena has been in the soap game for 20 years, working on magazines including All About Soap, Inside Soap and Reveal. 

During that time, she’s interviewed pretty much every EastEnders actor that’s passed through Walford – and has pulled the odd pint in The Vic too!

Joel Harley, Editor

Joel has a long and storied history in entertainment journalism and has covered all things Emmerdale, Coronation Street and EastEnders for the ED! Group since 2021.

Tamzin Meyer, Associate Editor

Tamzin has worked on Entertainment Daily as Assistant Editor (Soaps) since 2023. Prior to that she freelanced at the company for two years.

She has never got over the deaths of Ronnie and Roxy, but will always love Bianca Jackson.

Kerry Barrett, Columnist & Freelance Writer

Kerry has been a journalist for over two decades, spending 10 years at All About Soap as Features Editor.

Her knowledge of EastEnders is encyclopaedic and she has visited the set plenty of times.

Laura has been writing about soaps for 15 years on titles including Inside Soap, Digital Spy and WhattoWatch.

Style icon Pat Butcher is her favourite character – the show just isn’t the same without her.
