He didn’t exactly get a warm welcome, with Gina blaming him for ghosting her and everything else that had happened to Kojo. Never mind the fact he’s spent the past few weeks chained to a radiator, poor Harry hasn’t had an easy time of it lately. Not least, his injuries sustained at Okie’s hands – becoming addicted to drugs, suffering from malnourishment, and then receiving a kicking once Okie had escaped. Still, the doctors obviously felt he was on the mend, sending him back to Albert Square as yesterday’s episode began. It was here he came face-to-face with Gina again, who was herself recovering after Nigel (nearly) ran her over. And while many felt that Harry was getting the short end of the stick from Gina and the Knight family, others were more distracted by Harry and Gina’s injuries. Namely, how had he gotten out of hospital within the space of about 24 hours? Why was Gina on crutches for what looked like a head injury? Harry was in the hospital for a shorter amount of time for excessive doses of heroin than Gina was for getting pushed out of the way by Jasmine???” wrote one fan on X. “He was lying in a hospital bed looking really poorly. Next minute he’s back in the square, out and about talking to Gina who is still on crutches after Nigel ran her over weeks ago,” said another. “Did Gina hurt her leg irl? cos her injury doesn’t make sense,” noted a third. “Harry got beaten, bound, starved, tortured and forced to take heroin and out of hospital quicker than Gina with her one push to the ground,” a fourth agreed. He gets another angry visitor when Priya turns up, accusing him of lying about Ravi’s involvement in the drug operation. While Nicola jumps to her son’s defence, he sneaks off to score again. However, a text from Kojo interrupts him before he can do so – alerting him to Okie’s return. Harry makes his way back to the flat, where Okie waits with a knife.
