Trusted reviews state that consumer drones (classed as under 20kg) must be kept at least 50 metres away from people and private property and be flown under 400 feet (150 meters). It also states you are not to fly your drone within 150 meters of a congested area and organised open-air assemblies of more than 1000 people.
