EastEnders spoilers for last night: A killer haunts Walford, Julie makes a shocking Nigel discovery and baby Ivy comes home

There’s trouble heading for Walford as Eddie Knight returns in EastEnders spoilers for last night, but how will George feel about hearing from his adoptive dad?

Meanwhile, baby Ivy comes home from the hospital, and Julie gets a shock when she finds something unexpected amongst Nigel’s belongings.

1. EastEnders spoilers: Baby Ivy comes home

Nicola and George are thrilled that they can finally take baby Ivy home from the hospital. But, as they return to Albert Square, they find their family has put on a surprise welcome home party for the baby.

Overwhelmed by the enormity of having to look after a premature baby at home, Nicola orders everyone to leave. However, she and Gina later share a heart-to-heart, and Nicola is warmed as she watches George being a great dad to Ivy.

2. Eddie Knight returns

However, the peace doesn’t last long, and Nicola and George are soon at loggerheads again. Nicola discovers George has had his phone switched off, and he has missed calls, which she assumes are from the hospital.

Worried about why the hospital would be calling so soon after they were discharged, Nicola calls back. However, she is shocked by the identity of the caller and heads to the hospital to confront them. Once there, she is shocked to come face-to-face with Eddie Knight, who reveals he’s dying.

3. Julie gets a message from beyond the grave

Phil attempts to adjust to life after Nigel’s death and asks Grant to spend the day together, but still feeling rejected by Mark, he turns down Phil’s offer.

Julie prepares to head to Nigel’s care home to collect his belongings, but she decides to keep it from Phil so as not to upset him.

Kat spies an emotional Julie in the Minute Mart who reveals all. Kat heads to No.55 to tell Sam and Phil what Julie is preparing to face alone. The pair head to the care home to support Julie, but while they’re packing Nigel’s things, Julie finds a letter. She can’t bring herself to read it, but what does it say?

4. Bea sabotages Elaine’s campaign

Ian is consumed by his council campaign but is upset to discover that the majority of supporters are voting for Elaine. Ian tries to bribe Harvey, Howie and Mo for votes at the allotment, but his effort falls flat.

However, Bea arrives with a solution. She suggests a smear campaign video about Elaine, sure it will help sway people’s votes. Ian has his doubts, but Bea is adamant that it is a great plan. 

5. Linda gets jealous in EastEnders spoilers

Elsewhere, Linda is jealous of Max and Cindy’s new romance and starts to feel sorry for herself. However, after a chat with Grant, she soon perks up when he encourages her to pamper herself.

6. Harry helps Gina out of a pickle in EastEnders spoilers

Harry agrees to lend Gina money from Harry’s Barn to help with the Knight Fusion accounts. But will his plan to help out one family business by borrowing from the other lead to disaster? 

7. Kat and Alfie make an upsetting discovery

Meanwhile, Kat and Alfie are upset to learn that their regular punters are drinking at the allotments. But why are they bypassing The Vic, and how can Kat and Alfie convince their loyal customers to come back?
