Viewers recently learnt Max was having a secret affair with Zoe Slater and was helping her track down her long-lost son. The relationship came to an abrupt end and Zoe never expected to see Max again. How wrong was she? Spirits are high as the locals gather in the Vic to celebrate Peter and Lauren’s surprise wedding. But everyone’s excitement turns to total surprise when Max arrives just as the ceremony is about to start. He’s desperate to speak to his old flame and follows her back to Number 31. It’s clear there’s unfinished business between Max and Stacey. Will his return derail her plans to move to Brazil?
