Jasmine is harbouring a secret (Credit: BBC) Jasmine is hiding a secret in EastEnders spoilers The question on everyone’s lips right now is… Who is Jasmine? Suspicions have been swirling about the newcomer ever since she manipulated her way into a job at The Albert. In particular, Jasmine’s interest in boss Cindy Beale, which seems far more than a passing curiosity. The mystery surrounding Jasmine’s identity has now deepened after she was knocked down by Nigel Bates’ car. Moments after the accident, an injured Jasmine uttered the words: “She’s ruined everything. She needs to pay for what she did.” But who was Jasmine talking about? The current top theory is that Jasmine is the daughter of Cindy’s former cellmate Jackie Ford. Viewers will recall how Cindy turned informant on Jackie and was put into witness protection, where she assumed the identity of Rose. Jackie died in 2023, meaning it was safe for Cindy to return to Walford. Oscar’s suspicions were raised when Jasmine’s mum failed to turn up at hospital and see her. There have also been numerous times where Jasmine has shut down his questions about her past.
