Lily has some bad news for Stacey (Credit: BBC) Stacey wants a fresh start in EastEnders spoilers Stacey has decided to put the troubles behind her and embark on a fresh start abroad. Last week saw the mum of three receive a call from her brother Sean, inviting her and the kids to come and live with him in Brazil. Lily was all for the idea and convinced Stacey to book them one-way tickets to Brazil. Jean was heartbroken to hear about their plans, but gave Stacey her blessing. That wasn’t the case when Lily broke the news to her baby daddy Ricky and his dad Jack. Their reaction forced Lily to have a second thoughts about jetting off. As a new week kicks off, Lily is adamant her and Charli are staying put in the Square. Stacey tries to change her mind, but it’s no use. Meanwhile, Jean and Zoe both attempt to talk Stacey out of the big move, but Eve thinks it’s a brilliant idea. Later, Stacey arrives at The Albert for her leaving drinks where she announces she’s decided to stay in London. Stacey tries to put on a brave face, but Lily knows she’s made a mistake. It’s her ex Max Branning – someone who Stacey shares a long and very complicated history with. It’s nearly been two decades since they embarked on that iconic affair that tore two family’s apart. And fans are eager to see whether the spark is still there between Max and Stacey. As the locals reel from Max’s arrival, Stacey is stunned. So is Zoe – who unbeknownst to Stacey – is also romantically entangled with the Branning bad boy. Is the truth about to out? Does Max still have feelings for Stacey?
