In Emmerdale spoilers for tonight, Amy tells Matty she wants to have a baby, leaving him shocked. Will his reaction be what she hoped?

1. Amy tells Matty how she is feeling

In last night’s episode (January 28), Moira spotted Amy feeling broody, and got her to open up. But when she questioned how Matty feels about all of it, Amy admitted she hasn’t told him yet.

So tonight, Amy decides to bring the subject of having a baby up. But Matty is left speechless.

Amy panics, but tries to ask Matty to consider the possibility. But will he?

2. Matty struggles in Emmerdale spoilers

After the initial conversation with Amy, Matty struggles to comprehend the question. He makes the decisio to completely end the conversation as Amy tries to soften the blow.

With Amy now feeling nervous and guilty for asking him, she hopes Matty will take time by himself to consider the idea.

But will Matty change his mind? And what’s the reason for him being against it? Some fans have predicted he has a secret child already…

3. Manpreet checks on Bob

After Bob opened up to her about his kiss with Brenda, fans have predicted we could be seeing a Manpreet and Bob romance on the horizon. 

And tonight, when she spots him, she overhears his call about Heath’s headstone arriving the following day. Manpreet tries to gently check on his feelings.

Bob puts on a brave face and pretends that he is fine. However, as he walks away, it’s clear that he is dreading tomorrow.

How will he cope? And will he confide in Manpreet some more?
