Classic Emmerdale preview: Katie's heartbroken when Andy and Jo go public

Andy publicly declares his love for Jo in Classic Emmerdale episodes airing on ITV3 on Tuesday, May 19 leaving Katie heartbroken and humilated.

Meanwhile, Billy’s got the measure of Ms Stiles and tries to warn his son off her, only to be met with a punch from love-struck Andy!

These episodes first aired on February 2 and 4, 2007.

Billy’s got the measure of Jo!

Andy is astonished when he puts two and two together and realises Jo’s used her own special charms to comfort his father.

Meanwhile, Billy’s doing some of his own working out and he realises Jo wasn’t just being kind – she used him to rile Andy. Worried that his son’s about to make a big mistake, Billy tries to warn Andy about Jo’s scheming, but will Andy listen?

Elsewhere, Rodney is desperate to find a buyer for the solar panels he acquired from Georgina. With a bit of help from Jamie he manages to find someone to take them off his hands, but he still makes a loss.

Andy declares his love for Jo!

Later, Jo is ready to leave Andy and the village forever, until he discovers that Katie’s pregnancy was a false alarm.

He chases after Jo’s taxi, determined to stop her leaving. Billy’s not impressed when he realises what Andy has done. But Andy’s furious with his dad’s interference and attacks him.

Katie is devastated when Andy publicly declares his feelings for Jo. She realises she’s been betrayed by her husband and her friend.

Rodney gets personal in Classic Emmerdale

Meanwhile, Rodney is delighted when Georgina suggests a more personal meeting. With nowhere to live, Rodney thinks fast and arranges their liaison at Victoria Cottage. But their antics are interrupted by a very surprised Paul and Emily!

Donna’s on the warpath

Elsewhere, Donna’s still fuming. She tells Marlon that him going back to work at the Woolpack isn’t the solution to their residential problems. She’s annoyed when she sees it’s business as usual at the pub. Meanwhile, Marlon suffers an injury as he works on the eco-home.

Emmerdale usually airs weeknights on ITV at 7.30pm, with an early release on ITVX at 7am.

Classic Emmerdale usually airs every weekday on ITV3 at 6am and 6.30am, plus 1.40pm and 2.10pm.
