We know John injected him, but do we know what he was injected with and how/ why it killed him? “If he were injected with pain relief, was he allergic to it or did John overdose him? It’s possible John gave him something else, to knock him out so he could save him but he died instead. Do we know for sure?” Responding to the post, a second fan said: “It’s not been said, but it was something that required a second injection to ‘resurrect’ him since John was about to inject Nate with something else when he noticed him struggling to breathe.” While a third fan wanted to know: “Similarly, I’d like to know how John even had a whole bunch of drugs on him. He wasn’t working at the surgery yet so where did he get all of that?” Another fan speculated: “I think it’s either he was allergic or John accidentally overdosed him. John might have guessed Nate’s weight wrong and given him too much.” A fifth fan had another theory.
