In Emmerdale spoilers for this week, Kim makes Caleb an offer, hoping to end his growing feud with Joe.

Caleb and Ruby have been concerned that the police will look into Anthony’s disappearance, and are relieved this week when it seems their attention is instead focused on a break in at the depot.

Thankfully, Cain is on hand when Joe arrives and starts gloating, as Caleb is quick to lash out. The feud between Caleb and Joe seems to only be growing worse.

Cain and Kim team up to end the feud

Later, Cain approaches Kim, eager to get her help in putting an end to the growing feud between the two men.

Kim is on board, and the pair start to discuss how they can put a stop to it before things go too far.

Kim makes Caleb an offer in Emmerdale spoilers

Caleb and Ruby are soon summoned to Home Farm as well, with the intention of discussing their options with Kim and Cain acting as mediators.

Soon, Joe and the Miligans are beginning to bicker, and Kim steps in, suggesting they offer Caleb some compensation — in the form of the land around his depot.

When Kim insists the land is her final offer, Caleb accepts.

Later, Kim and Joe are alone at Home Farm, and it becomes clear how furious Kim is about the situation.

Joe insists he isn’t going to deceive her again, and in return, Kim suggests they keep their enemies close and build an empire together.
