Chas and Aaron are thrown into a panic in Emmerdale spoilers this week as Liam Cavanagh is found unconscious after being attacked… again. As Mack stumbles across the unresponsive doctor, he calls for help – alerting Chas and Aaron to the situation.
The identity of Liam’s attacker is as yet unknown, as are their motives. Could it be related to scheming John Sugden, still covering his tracks after last week’s revelations? Or something to do with Ella, who Liam and Chas forced out of the village after accusing her of ‘poisoning’ Chas?
If Liam recovers he might be able to shed some light on the situation – but will Liam pull through after his latest injury?

A shocked Mack finds Liam unconscious in the village, collapsed on the ground. Mack begins to panic and calls for help.
Hearing that Liam has been attacked, Chas and Aaron rush out to Liam’s side. But who has attacked him? And will Liam pull through from his injuries enough to tell the tale?
Another bash to the skull for Liam
This is the latest bonce-related trauma received by Liam, who took a bash to the head during February’s limo crash, leaving fans that he may have developed some kind of brain injury as a result.
Earlier this month, he was also rendered unconscious by a desperate Ella, as she attempted to make him see sense about Chas (which, as it turned out, was all John’s fault anyway).
At this rate, he might want to start thinking about wearing a helmet. But who attacked Liam… and why?
