4 things you must know before Megan Walsh’s grooming secret comes out next week

A new Coronation Street promo has revealed that groomer Megan Walsh will have her dark secret exposed next week.
Yes, the time has finally come for the Driscolls to learn exactly what Megan has been coaching their teen son in. And, it’s not just been sports.
They’re ready to take down the groomer once and for all, but how far will they go to dish up Megan’s punishment? Here are four things you must know ahead of the big week on the cobbles.
1. Megan’s grooming is exposed next week
Megan Walsh’s grooming will be exposed next week, bringing the storyline to a peak. The fitness coach has been having an inappropriate love affair with her teen student Will Driscoll, sleeping with him behind his family’s back. Oh, and let’s not forget the fact that she’s also pregnant with Will’s baby.
To keep their secret just that – a secret – Megan’s also started to very publicly date teacher Daniel Osbourne so that nobody becomes suspicious of her.
Will isn’t the first student Megan has groomed, with former student Lee recently filling Will in on his own past relationship with Megan.
The Driscolls haven’t seemed to notice Will and Megan’s flirty exchanges or secret meet-ups, but Sam Blakeman has. And, he’s vowed to bring Megan down.
And, it seems that next week, he gets his wish. By the time the week is out, the family is very much aware of Megan’s grooming ways as Sam spills everything he knows to Leanne.
2. Revenge
Once the truth is out, the Driscolls are set upon making Megan pay for what she has done to Will.
In the trailer, Eva and Ben can be seen displaying their anger over the revelation that ‘their son has been abused by a sexual predator.’
Eva then vowed to make sure that Megan was locked up for her crimes…
But, with secret murderer Maggie also out to protect grandson Will, will Megan even get the chance to go to prison?
3. Sam’s rushed to hospital
Sam Blakeman’s quest to expose Megan isn’t without its risks though. The poor lad ends up being rushed to hospital, with Megan sitting by his bedside saying that he’s ‘been a very silly boy.’
It’s unclear how Sam ends up in hospital, but Megan looks like she’s rather pleased about it.
And, with Megan recently making Sam feel as though he’s slacking with his schoolwork, Sam’s been taken some unprescribed ADHD tablets… Is this the reason for his hospital stay?
4. She sticks around
Despite all of this, Megan doesn’t just go rushing off. No. Somehow, she’s still on the Street when April hits.
A flashforward to April 23rd saw her on the Street on the night of Carla and Lisa’s wedding day. This makes her one of the five potential murder victims for that night.
Just how Megan manages to stick around for so long after the truth comes out is unclear… But, will she get locked up for her crimes? Or, will she be bumped off?
