Last night, Amanda gave out a second golden buzzer on the same show, following the dance group World Wings’ performance.
A golden buzzer had already been given out to Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone Farmers Choir.
Gushing over World Wings’ performance, Amanda said their energy was “amazing”. Meanwhile, Alesha Dixon said that they were like a “ball of fire”.
It’s now the seventh golden buzzer given in this series. The other recipients of the golden buzzer include para athlete Paul Nunnari, magician Rafferty Coope, video projection group Antigravity, comedian Ted Hill, singer Matty Juniosa, and Braunstone Community Primary School.
The Golden Buzzer puts an act straight through to the semi-finals.

Golden Buzzer decision slammed
Fans of the show were left furious over Amanda’s decision to slam the Golden Buzzer, with many arguing that it’s lost a lot of its meaning now.

“This act wasn’t golden buzzer worthy at all. I feel like time was running out, and the show had almost ended, that was why they received a golden buzzer. The magician with Amanda’s ring deserved it for me,” one viewer fumed.
“Ok, so the golden buzzer has lost its meaning! The act needs to be good, no???” another said.
“At this point, the Golden Buzzer is becoming a participation award. Next year, Golden Buzzers for all acts,” a third wrote.
“I thought it was one golden buzzer each this show is stupid now, just cancel it already,” another added.

Viewers question the judges
Fans of the show were also left angered that the Golden Buzzer wasn’t given to an earlier act.
Joan Thomas, a 56-year-old singer, wowed audiences with her beautiful performance last night. However, she didn’t receive the golden buzzer. She did get four yeses from the judges, though.
“Hang on. No Golden Buzzer for Joan?” one viewer tweeted.
“Bet you any money they give the golden buzzer to a rubbish choir rather than to Joan, who absolutely smashed that and deserved it,” another fumed.
