Ross finally says sorry for what Joel did to Vicki
Ross issues Vicki a heartfelt apology in EastEnders spoilers upcoming as he acknowledges the mistakes he made with son Joel. But will his sorry be enough to win back Vicki’s love? Or is it a case of too little, too late?
Vicki is in a dark place in EastEnders spoilers
Joel’s brutal attack has had a lasting impact on Vicki. It’s left her feeling vulnerable and deeply untrusting of any man.
Last week saw Vicki turn on Chelsea’s date Damon after discovering he was secretly married. A heated confrontation ensued, which resulted in Vicki pushing Damon and him cracking his head. Zack came to Vicki’s rescue and offered her a shoulder to cry on. But events then took a shock turn when Sharon’s half-siblings ended up locking lips.
After being caught in the act by Kathy, both Vicki and Zack swore it was a silly mistake and nothing else would ever happen. But are they just kidding themselves?
Meanwhile, Ross has been on a mission to win back Vicki’s heart. When they were together, Ross repeatedly ignored Vicki’s pleas to properly deal with Joel, so understandably she’s in no rush to forgive and forget.
Ross apologies for Joel’s actions
Next week marks the second anniversary of when Vicki and Ross got together. Both of them are in reflective mood as they consider how things fell apart.
Vicki decides to go for a drink at Harry’s Barn, and is riled up by the behaviour of a male punter. Vicki voices her disgust, but Chelsea berates her. She warns Vicki that Joel’s abuse is clouding the way she views all men.
Ross soon arrives at the bar and sees Vicki having a dance. He tries to join in, but Vicki does not react well. She’s furious that he would presume she’s happy to dance with him and lets her feelings be known. Ross feels bad for overstepping the mark and asks Vicki to join him for a drink.
She agrees and hears her ex out as he apologises for getting it so badly wrong with Joel.

Vicki can see that Ross feels genuine remorse over Joel, and agrees to give him one last go.
The former lovers agree they’ll try and get things back on track, but one step at a time.
But will Vicki and Ross be able to get back what they once had? And where does this leave the attraction between her and Zack?
