The Jessops plan to see the New Year in with a bang. And it might be a bigger bang than expected as Paul (Jim Howick) has got hold of some dodgy fireworks from a police auction!

Paul and Rachel (Katherine Parkinson) have very different ideas about New Year. He wants to go to a peaceful holiday cottage with a sauna so he can sweat out the massive boil that’s appeared on his cheek. But Rachel wants a huge party and obviously wins the argument, hence the fireworks.

It means they all end up on a crazy family road trip which includes a missing dummy. Creator and star Tom Basden also features along with Alison Steadman, Freya Parks, Jude Morgan-Collie, Tori Allen-Martin, Mica Ricketts, Ed Kear and Jon Furlong.
