Wild Cherry on BBC One: Soundtrack includes tracks from RAYE and Cass Elliot, and original title song by Nicôle Lecky
There's something for everyone!
Wild Cherry on BBC One has a soundtrack that will please all generations.
From TikTok bangers like Shygirl by Immaculate featuring Saweetie, to 70s folk love song Baby I’m Yours, the music featured in the six-part series is an eclectic mix.
Some tunes are older than you, and some are as up to date as they come, released this year. There’s even an original track created by the showrunner Nicôle Lecky.
Here’s a run down of all the music featured in the Wild Cherry soundtrack on BBC One.

What’s the soundtrack to Wild Cherry on BBC One?
The Multi-hyphenated Nicôle Lecky, 35, actually wrote and performed the title sequence of Wild Cherry. She collaborated with composer Rotem Frimer on the theme tune. The song is called Lullaby.
It’s not the first time Nicôle created music for one of her own shows. Nicôle Lecky also made music specifically for her TV series Mood, which was released in 2022. She co-wrote and performed many of the songs, using them to express the main character’s emotions and inner thoughts in a way that the dialogue couldn’t.
Meanwhile, Rotem Frimer is London-based composer and producer. She’s composed music for TV shows including The Many Deaths of Nora Dalmasso, Renaissance: The Blood and the Beauty, and Cleopatra’s Final Secret.
