Meanwhile, Penny made a big decision, and Nicola broke George’s heart. Jasmine’s trial got underway Kat was terrified about taking the stand at Jasmine’s trial, and tried to get answers from Sandra about Jasmine’s past. At first, Sandra was cagey, but eventually opened up. She told Kat that her husband, Keith, died in a car crash while driving Jasmine home from swimming when she was just eight years old. She then told Kat that there was no reason for her husband to have a car accident and that she thinks Jasmine caused it. Is she right? Penny made a decision After seeing Harry struggling to juggle work and looking after his mum and Ivy, Penny realised he didn’t need the stress of knowing he might be the father of her baby. She offered to look after the bar for him, then called Oscar and asked him to fake a DNA test for her. George told Nicola he loved her Nicola was thrilled to learn she was finally well enough to meet her baby. George got caught up in the emotional moment and told Nicola that he loved her. But he was left devastated when she failed to say it back. After some advice from Harry and Gina, the pair talked about what happened. But Nicola was adamant that her main focus was Ivy, and she didn’t have time for a relationship.
