As well as Vicki and Ross’s huge argument, Jasmine was found not guilty in her murder trial. Also, Bea and Ian arranged a date, while Sandra left Walford.

Jasmine returned home

Jasmine was stunned when the jury announced their verdict of not guilty. Free to return home, Jasmine was thrilled to be reunited with Oscar and her family. As everyone celebrated, Josh asked his twin if she had time to talk. Upstairs in The Vic, the pair opened up about their past, and Jasmine finally gave her version of events from the day their foster dad, Keith, died. Josh comforted Jasmine, and they turned over a new leaf.

Sandra left Walford

Realising that Josh didn’t really want to move to Southend, Sandra arranged with Kim and Denise for him to move in with the Truemans. He was thrilled and promised to visit her all the time. She left Walford with tears in her eyes, but she didn’t go without talking to Jasmine first. The pair had an honest conversation about the past. Jasmine asked Sandra why she couldn’t love her when she clearly loved Josh so much. Sandra said she thought that her grief over Keith’s death blinded her. She also apologised for not being the mum that Jasmine needed.

Bea and Ian arranged a date

Bea seemed to be oddly impressed with Ian’s campaign speech, so much so that she asked him out for dinner next week. The pair agreed to a date, but will Ian live to regret getting involved?
