What else happened in EastEnders tonight? As Nigel held the screening of his film, Max continued to reckon with the bombshell news that little Annie is his daughter. Lauren and Jack leapt into damage limitation mode, but neither were prepared for Max at his most stubborn... Elsewhere, Anthony's mood worsened after another run-in with Zoe, while Zack continued to pine over Vicki. Here's everything else that happened in EastEnders tonight. Max took matters (and Annie) into his own hands Following last week's bombshell, Max was anxious to speak to Linda - who he pressured to tell Annie. He returned home to his family, and informed them all of his findings - unaware that Oscar, Lauren and Jack were already well aware. In The Vic, he and Lauren met with Linda, who informed him that she (or they) wouldn't be telling Annie until the time was right. It seemed as though he was in a (reluctantly) accepting mood until he received a word of advice of Zoe, who suggested he need to do everything in his power to get Annie. He returned to Peacock's Palace where he lied to Elaine and took Annie on an impromptu trip to Santa's Grotto. Max and Annie arrived at Container Junction, where Patrick was playing Santa, and Ricky Jr. one of his Elves. Linda was furious when she returned home to learn that Max had abducted his daughter. She found them both in the café, where Max had already broken the news himself that he's Annie's father. Anthony's mood darkened as Zoe's stalker fears grew With Zoe still worried about her stalker, Kat tried her best to support her daughter. Meanwhile, Chelsea stumbled across Anthony as he made another angry call. She suggested that maybe he work with Zoe to find their children, giving the doctor food for thought. He joined her in the café, where he revealed his idea to find her son. He told her that, if she could reveal the father's identity, then his doctor colleagues would be able to track down the child. Needless to say, he was left fuming once more when she reiterated that she had no idea who the father was. Later, at the film screening, Kat clashed with Sam again, and was taken aback to learn she'd been back in the country for months. Is Sam Zoe's stalker? Meanwhile, following his run-in with Zoe, a fuming Anthony returned home and took out his frustrations on Chelsea. Also on EastEnders tonight Jasmine tried again to speak to Oscar, but he was having none of it - only her honestly would repair their relationship. Meanwhile, in the café, Ross mooted moving back in with Vicki. And, to Zack's dismay, she wasn't against the idea. Hoping to distract him from his obvious pining, she suggested an idea for a thoughtful Christmas present for Barney. Read more: Who’s leaving, joining and returning to EastEnders?
