And, with a very expensive birthday party for Avani to pay for, Ravi needed to make some cash, stat. Desperate for dough, he paid Nicola a visit in The Vic, brushing off her snide comments and hushed warning to ask for a contact from whom he might score some drugs to sell on. He met with dealer Okie but soon became spooked by local police presence. Meanwhile, at The Arches, Harry leapt to Kojo’s defence in the face of a rude punter – who described him as a ‘Saturday worker.’ Wanting to boost Kojo’s confidence, Harry suggested that he apply for an apprenticeship – only to learn that Kojo would be ineligible, due to the kind of Visa he’s on. Not only that, but he wasn’t happy with Harry’s treatment of Leo either – telling him that this particular customer was one of The Arches’ most valued. The customer is always right, and all that. Needing to lay low, Ravi paid Harry a visit at The Arches. Entrepreneurial Harry agreed to let him stash the motor there – for the hefty price of £100 a day. However, Harry soon came to regret his decision when, while Kojo was inspecting the car, he found the drugs in the boot. Drugs, meet toilet (Credit: BBC) Kojo took action and flushed the drugs The next day, a stressed-out Kojo refused to return to work. Harry reassured him that he’d sort the situation – attempting to rouse Ravi over the phone. Meanwhile, Phil told Harry to make things right with Leo, telling him that he’d be calling by with another car soon. Harry agreed, before heading off to confront Ravi at work. Perhaps not his greatest idea, as Ravi didn’t take too kindly to being threatened, menacingly waving a knife about the place. Harry’s behaviour was enough to get Nicola suspicious. Realising that something fishy was going on, she snuck into the Arches to dig around. Later, after finding Phil working on Ravi’s car, Harry made another horrifying discovery – the drugs were gone. He accused Nicola of taking them, but, for once, she was innocent. Back at his flat, Kojo had taken matters into his own hands… and flushed Ravi’s drugs down the toilet. Has Kojo just landed them both in serious trouble? Johnny and Callum gave in to temptation (Credit: BBC) Callum cheated on Ben with Johnny in EastEnders tonight As Johnny caught up with Callum in the cafe, the pair were harangued by an angry Cindy – who blamed them for Felix leaving her in the lurch. Overhearing Cindy ranting about Callum and Johnny, she worried that her dads were about to split up. He reassured her that there’s nothing going on between him and Johnny but his good intentions proved to be spectacularly short lived. Later, in the upstairs of The Vic, he and Johnny resolved to remain friends – only to start kissing seconds later. The next morning, Callum was full of guilt after spending the night with Johnny. His attempts to sneak out of The Vic went as poorly as his attempts not to cheat on his husband – as it transpired that Linda knew exactly what they’d been up to. Wracked with guilt, Callum reiterated to Johnny that they could never be together. But will he be able to stay loyal to Ben? Lauren was forced to come clean about kissing Zack (Credit: BBC) Lauren admitted to kissing Zack in EastEnders tonight Lauren looked to Peter for reassurance about Jimmy’s diagnosis – but he was giving her the cold shoulder again. Later, as he walked a crying Jimmy down the street, he happened past an open window – noticing how Jimmy was soothed by the calming music within. Later, Lauren returned home to find Jay giving Peter a guitar lesson. She was touched by the lengths he was going to for Jimmy – but again, he continued to blow hot and cold, leaving her frustrated. Meanwhile, Jay advised Peter to stop worrying about the past and move on with Lauren. The next day, Lauren tried to mend their relationship by arranging a family picnic in the Square gardens. As she rushed about in search of a can of Nduja, she enlisted the help of Zack – sharing a friendly hug when he came up trumps with a can. Convinced that there’s something going on between Lauren and Zack, Cindy went to Ian with her suspicions. Together, they gatecrashed Lauren and Peter’s picnic – just as they were beaking the news to Louie about Jimmy’s blindness. Lauren was horrified when Cindy accused her of still carrying on with Zack. Forced into a corner, Lauren admitted that she’d kissed Zack – but insisted that it had meant nothing. Will Peter listen to reason? Martin’s legacy lives on (Credit: BBC) Stacey and Ian decided the future of the fruit and veg stall Finding Stacey in the Square, Ian suggested that the time might be right to re-open Martin’s stall. However, she wasn’t ready, and told him as much. Later, in the cafe with Eve, Stacey shared details of her conversation with Ian. Given food for thought, she sought out Ian afterwards – and told him that she’d had a change of heart, agreeing that Martin’s legacy should live on in the fruit and veg stall. Elaine saved the day for Cindy (Credit: BBC) Elaine rose to the Challenge(rs) in EastEnders tonight With The Albert’s Challengers event in jeopardy following Felix’s abrupt exit, Cindy was struggling for ideas. Ambitious Freddie tried to save the day with a fancy new cocktail, but was blindsided when Cindy revealed that the punters would be expecting a performance from Felix’s drag alter ego. With the event in trouble, Cindy was saved by the most unlikely of figures – Elaine, who swung by with some tips for showing The Albert’s crowd a good time. And so they threw an impromptu karaoke party… in the middle of the day… on a Tuesday afternoon… for the eight or nine people who actually showed up.
