Having learned that Jack was involved in the shooting, Denise confronted her husband, while Ravi tried to calm a panicking Priya down. Will Jack accept Ravi’s demands? Elsewhere, Johnny engineered a meeting between himself and Jonno, and Phil and Nigel returned from their trip. Here’s everything that happened on EastEnders tonight. Article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Denise realised Ravi’s telling the truth (Credit: BBC) Denise confronted Jack and Ravi in EastEnders tonight Having dropped the bombshell that Jack had been involved in Zoe’s shooting, Ravi stalked off, leaving Denise to comprehend what had just been said. She returned home and confronted Jack, immediately realising from his reaction that Ravi had been telling the truth. Jack explained everything, telling her how Oscar had found the gun and it had ultimately ended up in Ravi’s hands. Wisely choosing honesty, he revealed how he’d tried to plant the gun in Ravi’s flat, only to have been caught out. Somehow Jack tried to turn the whole thing on her, reminding her of her affair with Ravi. After Denise quite rightfully stormed out for a drink at The Vic, Jack went across the street to have it out with Ravi for dropping him in it. Priya intercepted as the pair got physical, sending Jack packing. Afterwards, she demanded to know what Ravi was hiding, only for him to scream back in her face. On the warpath after a glass of wine, Denise confronted both Oscar and Ravi. His response that he now felt “indifference” toward his former almost-lover left Denise chilled, and Priya, who was watching from across the street, worried. Ravi wants £100k (Credit: BBC) Ravi revealed his blackmail plan Returning home, Ravi found Priya with her bags packed and ready to leave. He panicked, and told her that Jack had shot Zoe – and claimed to have been a witness. Ravi’s version of events painted him as the good citizen; a well-meaning family man who’d gotten into a confrontation with Jack after learning about the gun. When that didn’t work, he offered to take their relationship public. He then revealed his plan to get the family out of financial trouble – he was going to blackmail Jack Branning. Meanwhile, a penitent Jack apologised to Denise. She made him promise to put an end to the secrets, forgiving him for his recent spate of boneheaded behaviour. Out on the street, Jack received another visit from Ravi, who made his demand. £100,000, or Jack’s colleagues would find out exactly what he’d been up to recently. Johnny got involved (Credit: BBC) Johnny built bridges between Callum and Jonno Against Elaine’s advice, Johnny met with Jonno to offer his perspective from a legal standpoint. Jonno denied being a homophobe, and calling Eve a ‘stupid lesbian’ (an altogether mild choice of slur, given everything we know about horrible Jonno). Hearing that Johnny was a member of the Carter family, he suggested that they take their meeting down the pub. At The Vic, Johnny attempted to mend bridges between Jonno and Callum. Jonno was in a surprisingly receptive mood and agreed to a meeting between himself and Callum. Triumphant, Johnny shared the news with Callum. Although he was suspicious, Callum also agreed to a parlay with his dad. Nigel returned with his treasure (Credit: BBC) Julie felt left out in EastEnders tonight Phil and Nigel returned home from the countryside, full of stories about their treasure hunt. After filling Phil in on the affair, Julie felt sidelined by the boys,’ and agreed to accompany them on a trip to the pub. At The Vic, she informed Nigel and Phil that she’d gotten a job at the local school. Zoe shared her next move (Credit: BBC) Kat and Zoe made plans for the future in EastEnders tonight In The Vic, Kat shared with Alfie what Zoe had told her about the twins. She was excited at the prospect of having Zoe home, and set about preparing Tommy’s room for their new visitor. At the hospital, Stacey filled Zoe in on Kat’s plan. Although Zoe begrudgingly agreed to stick around Walford, she wouldn’t be staying with Kat – telling Stacey how she’d stay at hers instead.
