After sharing a kiss back in November last year, guilty Vicki has been holding Zack at arm’s length. Not only has she since rekindled her relationship with boyfriend Ross, but she has also had Joel’s trial looming over her after he left her battered and bruised last autumn. Last night’s episode saw Zack offer to take Vicki’s mind off the court case by cooking her dinner. Grateful for the distraction, Vicki jumped at the chance. However, the wine flowed, and soon one thing led to another. The overriding feeling was ‘a big fat nope’ – especially as some think Zack has an uncanny resemblance to Vicki’s half-brother, Mark… “Zack and Vicki is so icky,” said one fan on X. Another agreed: “Why are we making Vicki and Zack a thing? STOP!” And they weren’t alone. “It was disgusting when Sharon and Dennis got together, and it’s disgusting now Zack and Vicki are at it,” said someone else. But wait… are Vicki and Zack related? Vicki and Zack are both Sharon’s siblings (Credit: BBC) Are Vicki and Zack related in EastEnders? No, Vicki and Zack are not related. Both are brother and sister of Sharon, but are not related to each other. Vicki is the daughter of Dirty Den, Sharon’s adoptive father. Zack, meanwhile, is the son of Sharon’s biological father, Gavin. This means that, while they both share Sharon as a sibling, neither party is related to the other. It also echoes Sharon’s own illicit relationship with Dennis Rickman – her adoptive father’s biological son. Vicki herself was pretty disgusted when she discovered what Sharon and Dennis had been up to, eventually resulting in her own exit from Walford.
