Ross reunites with Joel in EastEnders tonight (Wednesday, November 19), visiting him at the detention centre where he’s being held. This comes in an attempt to get his son to change his not guilty plea, to save Vicki from having to relive her attack in court. Meanwhile, Vicki has enough to contend with as it is – wrestling with her emotions in the wake of kissing Zack yesterday. Can Ross change Joel’s mind? Ross tells Vicki that he’s prepared to fight for his family (Credit: BBC) Ross visits Joel in EastEnders today As today’s episode begins, Ross tells Vicki that he’s going to see Joel. He explains that he’s planning to ask Joel to change his not guilty plea. Article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Vicki – distracted by thoughts of Zack – doesn’t take kindly to the news though, and tells Ross that she doesn’t even want to hear his son’s name. He heads to the detention centre, where Joel has accepted his meeting request. As they sit down to chat, Ross tries to get Joel to change his mind. Joel, however, is set on pleading not guilty. Ross tries to get through to him by explaining how badly Vicki has taken the attack. Rather than feeling guilty, Joel launches into another tirade about Vicki’s perceived shortcomings, leaving Ross disgusted. Worse, Joel says that he’s not going to plead guilty – because he doesn’t feel guilty. Can Ross win Vicki back? (Credit: BBC) Ross makes a plan Back in Walford, Ross apologises for his shortcomings as a parent. He tells her that he’s going to fight for their relationship, come what may. Afterwards, he goes to see Harvey, who agrees to help him win Vicki back. What does Ross have planned?
