Tommy learned that Zoe was back in the UK earlier this week, after stumbling across evidence of Alfie’s lies. Backed into a corner, Alfie admitted to Tommy that he’d been looking for Zoe in Spain, and failed hopelessly. He and Stacey both tried to convince Tommy to keep quiet, but the truth came out anyway, when guilt-ridden Alfie confessed to Zoe himself. But, unbeknownst to them both, Tommy had taken it into his own hands to find Zoe. After firing off a text to Zoe, he arranged to meet his big sister so that they could talk things through. And, in last night’s episode (airing Thursday, August 28), Tommy arrived at a shady-looking block of flats where he arrived on Zoe’s doorstep. “You must be Tommy,” she said as she opened the door. “Are you coming in, or what?” Article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Finally united with his sister, Tommy headed inside, ready for next week’s big reunion. Namely, where did Tommy get Zoe’s number from anyway? “I haven’t watched today’s ep but how the hell did Tommy get Zoe’s number and how is he the only one who can persuade her to come back to Walford? And how did he find her,” asked one fan on X. “How did Tommy get Zoe’s number?” said another. “Where did he get her number from?” a third asked, in an Instagram comment. “How did he know she was in a flat there?” said a fourth. Tommy could have gotten Zoe’s number from Kat’s phone, although it does seem unlikely that Kat hasn’t tried ringing or texting her for herself over the years. Another explanation is that he got the number from Alfie; after all, having installed a tracking device on Alfie’s phone, Tommy’s proven to be very sneaky where that sort of thing is concerned.
