The blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment came in the episode that aired on New Year’s Day 2026. The episode mainly focused on Max, who was arrested on his wedding day. But in addition to the drama surrounding Max, we also saw that The Vic was boarded up. Meanwhile, Ian hinted that someone else was running the pub, but didn’t specify who. Alfie bought dodgy prawns for his blinis and still served them, despite noticing that the bag had split as he brought them back from the supermarket.
