The men formed their uneasy alliance last week, after accidentally shooting poor Zoe Slater. The pair attempted to cover their tracks tonight, with both Jack and Ravi lying to the police. This raised Denise’s suspicions when she wondered why Jack hadn’t told them about his confrontation with Ravi, who had his own risky plan to evade consequences. Pulled into the station by DS Spencer, Ravi told her that he was with Jack at the time of the shooting. This caused tensions to rise between him and Jack, who was clearly having doubts about working with Ravi to ensure their continued freedom. But how much longer can the men hold their nerve? Annoyed by Ravi’s aggressive attitude and demands that they handle the gun situation together, it wasn’t long before Jack was looking for a way out of the situation. Article continues below Read all the latest spoilers He initially lied to colleague DS Spencer about the alibi Ravi had given, telling her how he’d been trying to recruit Ravi as an informant. But when she suggested that it would be better to send Ravi to prison for his crimes, the cogs started whirring in his head. After brushing off Ravi’s demand that they meet to dispose of the gun together, Jack agreed with Spencer that the best course of action would be to bring Ravi down for good. But what does Jack have planned? Sending Ravi off on a wild goose chase, Jack sneaks in to hide the gun. However, he’s shocked when Priya unexpectedly returns home.
