This came as Avani dropped a pregnancy bombshell this week, revealing that she was planning on having an abortion. With her parents distracted by Ravi’s arrest, Avani confided only in Barney, who was there when she got the result of her pregnancy test. Unable to turn to Priya or Ravi, she browsed a family planning website back home, unaware that Suki had just walked in. And, as Suki spotted what she’d been looking at, she demanded answers. Avani admitted that she was pregnancy… and planning on having an abortion, to Suki’s shock and horror. Suki begged Avani to keep the baby (Credit: BBC) Suki promised to raise the baby for Avani in EastEnders tonight After a visit to the Granthi, Suki was no wiser as about what to do. The Granthi advised she tread lightly, for fear of driving Avani away, but Suki’s past treatment of daughter Ash weighed heavily on her mind. After prodding Jean for information on how Lily had coped with teenage pregnancy, Suki returned home with a plan in mind. But first, she made amends with Eve, who she had been acting cold and distant toward throughout the day.
