Alfie returned from Spain last night (Monday, July 28), having failed in his mission to find Zoe. He promised never to lie to Kat again, but with the big Zoe-shaped-lie still looming, it wasn’t long before he was sneaking around again. This time, it was trying to delete the incriminating voice message he’d left on Kat’s phone, in which he’d confessed to his true whereabouts. Thankfully a random thief managed to intercept before she could listen to his confession, but she remains oblivious to what Stacey and Alfie have really been up to. Writing on a Reddit thread, fans shared their theory that the soap could be setting up the (latest) collapse of Kat and Alfie’s marriage.
