Kojo has been caught in the middle of Okie and Ravi’s drugs operation after flushing a shipment of drugs – putting himself and Harry in their debt. Harry has been doing his best to cover for Kojo, but their demands have become increasingly untenable. And with Ravi and Okie only upping their operation, Harry is desperate to save his friend. Harry thought he’d gotten out from under Ravi’s thumb last week, but returned home last night (Monday, October 6) to find Kojo still under their thumb. Clearly, Harry’s struggling to protect Kojo. But might their salvation come from an unlikely source? Is Okie having second thoughts? (Credit: BBC) Okie to ‘save’ Kojo from drugs operation, EastEnders fans predict Some viewers have wondered whether Okie might develop a guilty conscience long enough to help Kojo out. In last week’s scenes, Kojo helped mend Okie’s wounds after he was beaten up by a rival gang of dealers. And, in last night’s episode, he even seemed to show a glimpse of concern at Kojo’s exhausted state. Article continues below Read all the latest spoilers This led some to speculate that he might be about to have a change of heart. “Am I seeing things or is Okie looking guilty??” wrote one fan on Instagram. “I predict that Okie will see the error of his ways and take Kojo back to Africa leaving Harry and Ravi to take the consequences. Nicola will swoop in at the last minute to save Harry leaving Ravi to (sadly) rot in Prison,” said another. “is it me or I’m I’m smelling an okie redemption. I reckon his [sic] going to try help Kojo,” wrote a third. Can Okie be redeemed? EastEnders spoilers for next week reveal that his menacing behaviour escalates when he and Ravi hold Harry hostage, after finding an incriminating camera in Okie’s flat. After telling Okie that the camera is connected to his laptop, Harry hopes that he’ll be freed. But, as he goes to collect the computer, Okie flirts with Gina. When he returns, he and Ravi refuse to let Harry go. Later, Ravi decides to take his family on holiday, and tells Okie to release Harry. However, Okie has other ideas, and tells Harry that he’s going on a date with Gina. Locked up by Okie, Harry turns to drugs to escape his hopeless situation. But will Gina realise what’s going on?
