Howie and Anthony’s feud boils over in EastEnders today (Wednesday, December 3), as Kim holds an engagement party at the Trueman household. But with Howie aware of Anthony’s restraining order, and Anthony hiding the truth about Kim’s ring, things remain tense between the two men. And, as their secrets come to the fore, the party descends into chaos. Are Anthony and Howie set on a path of mutually assured destruction? However, she soon notices tension between Howie and Anthony, who snipe at each other in full view of the family. Afterwards, Kim demands to know what Howie is hiding. He’s forced to reveal details of Anthony’s restraining order to a shocked Kim. She agrees to keep quiet for Patrick’s sake, but Patrick’s not happy about Howie’s betrayal. Once Kim’s gone, he plots to expose Howie at the party. He returns home for the engagement party, where the Truemans and the Foxes are happily gathered. Although he seems to have second thoughts when he sees how happy everyone is, an emotional speech pushes Anthony over the edge. He snaps and exposes Howie’s secret, branding him a ‘blackmailing, two-faced, thieving little weasel’ in front of his shocked friends and family. How will they react to news of Howie’s wrongdoing?
