Today’s episode of EastEnders – streaming now on BBC iPlayer, and airing tomorrow on BBC One – sees Lauren Branning forced to come clean about her kiss with Zack Hudson.

Lauren kissed Zack last month, as her relationship with Peter Beale hit the rocks. Lashing out after he blamed her for baby Jimmy’s blindness, she attempted to resort to her old ways.

Zack managed to talk her out of relapsing, but they then shared a kiss afterwards. Returning home, Lauren found Peter furious… and the couple appeared to split, with Peter threatening to seek custody.

In last week’s episodes, Peter and Lauren rekindled their romance, seemingly putting things back on track. But, as Cindy grew suspicious of Peter and Lauren’s relationship, so Peter also seemed to be having second thoughts.
