Jack accidentally shot Zoe during a run-in with drug dealer Ravi, as they fought over Okie’s gun. When the gun went off, Zoe was hit. Since then, Jack and Ravi have struggled to cover their tracks, with Jack even attempting to frame Ravi for the crime. However, Ravi discovered what Jack was up to, and turned the tables. He’s since being blackmailing Jack, demanding £100,000 in exchange for the gun. In addition to Ravi’s blackmail, Jack has been suffering with another dilemma. Suffering from a guilty conscience, he told Denise that he planned to confess to the crime. Horrified, Denise speaks to Ravi, hoping that he can talk Jack out of confessing.
