Eve feels uncomfortable about Suki’s baby proposal (Credit: BBC) Suki wants to raise Avani’s baby in EastEnders spoilers Avani’s world was turned upside down by the discovery that she was carrying Joel’s baby. The school girl lost her virginity to Ross’s son but was devastated to discover he’d secretly filmed their intimate encounter. At first Avani only let best mate Barney know about the baby, but then Suki caught her looking at a family planning website. Suki was horrified when her granddaughter insisted she was getting an abortion. Confronted by painful memories of her daughter Ash’s termination years earlier, Suki sought advice from the Granthi. Their chat made Suki realise she couldn’t support Avani’s choice. So instead she proposed that she raise the baby as her own. Suki made the decision without even consulting wife Eve, but was adamant she’d be supportive. After a lot of persuasion, Avani agreed to Suki’s shock proposition and they broke the news to Eve. She went along with it, but it seems she’s not as on board with the idea as Suki had hoped. But Eve still has her doubts about them bringing the child up together. Eve seizes the opportunity to get Avani on her own. She tries to understand if Avani really wants to continue with her pregnancy or if she’s just going along with it for Suki’s sake. While this is all going on Vinny arrives back from Canada, where he’s been celebrating Ash’s engagement. Eve urges to Suki to speak to her son about what’s going on. But will Suki choose to confide in Vinny given their recent run-in? How much longer can Avani conceal her pregnancy? Avani still hasn’t told her parents that she’s pregnant and she’s terrified about them finding out. She and Eve come up with a quick cover story to explain the presence of the receipt and Priya seems to buy it. But how much longer can they carry on deceiving Priya and Ravi?
