Poor Nugget was hospitalised after the Mitchells drugged Ravi last month, suffering a bleed on the brain due to his injuries. Nugget has recovered physically from the attack, although he still has no memory of the event – and is unaware that it was his own father who attacked him. However, he soon grows suspicious when he overhears a conversation between Avani and Barney, and is determined to find out the truth. Convinced that the Mitchells know more than they’re letting on, Nugget makes it his mission to get answers. And, after getting nowhere with Barney, he decides to confront Harry and Nicola directly. Will they come clean to Nugget about what happened? And how will Ravi and Priya react when they learn about Nugget’s quest for the truth? As they discuss Ravi teaching Nugget how to drive, Barney overhears Priya blaming Nicola and Harry for what happened. Later, when Barney confronts Nicola and Harry over what happened, they deny attacking Nugget. Unconvinced, he asks Avani what Nugget remembers about the attack. Nugget overhears this conversation and demands to know whether the Mitchells were behind his attack. Learning that Nugget’s on the warpath, a terrified Priya and Ravi intervene as the argument continues, and quickly spin a lie to protect their son from the truth.
