Will he join the dots and realise his nephew was the one who attacked Patrick? Howie knows what Oscar did (Credit: BBC) Howie is blackmailing Oscar in EastEnders spoilers Oscar has brought nothing but trouble to Albert Square since his return. But the law-breaking teen stooped to a new low when he attacked Patrick in order to steal his gambling winnings. Oscar was caught fleeing the scene by Howie, who caught sight of his ankle tag. Cash-strapped Howie quickly realised the hooded thief was Oscar. He confronted Oscar and Lauren and agreed not to report them to the police – but only on the condition they handed over the £6k! Lauren called Howie’s bluff because he had no hard evidence to connect Oscar to the crime. But he didn’t have to wait long to get some when he witnessed the Branning siblings dumping the stolen money in a dustbin. Howie took the money in exchange for his silence and has warned Oscar to keep away from Patrick. But Oscar’s guilt just won’t let him do that… Jack makes a discovery at Patrick’s stag do (Credit: BBC) Jack is suspicious of Howie and Oscar Next week, Howie is livid when he discovers Oscar having a game of dominoes with Patrick at Number 20. The pair are enjoying one another’s company, but of course traumatised Patrick has no idea that his opponent is the same person who left him for dead. Later on Howie confronts Oscar and demands he stay clear of Patrick and the party. But neither of them realise Jack is standing nearby and has witnessed the tension between them. Suspecting foul play, Jack vows to get to the bottom of what’s going on. Is Oscar about to be caught out? And the mood is high as the locals gather to celebrate the couple. Meanwhile, Jack grills Oscar over his earlier run-in with Howie, but he changes the topic. Jack tries to get the truth out of Howie as he speaks to him at the stag, but he also downplays the situation. Howie’s not done with Oscar, though, and he soon collars the lad in private.
