Viewers recently learnt Zoe gave birth to twins back in 2006. The girl tragically died, but her son survived and Zoe made the heart-wrenching decision to give him up for adoption. It’s a choice she now regrets, and Zoe would do anything to see her boy again. As a new week kicks off in Walford Zoe is desperate to hire a private investigator. Sharon has agreed to fund their services in the wake of Zoe’s revelation that her late husband Dennis Rickman was the tots’ dad. But with Sharon currently out of town with Vicki, Kat tells Zoe their search can’t start yet. Kat has other worries on her mind, which aren’t helped by Zoe’s constant bickering with Jean. As the pair continue to clash, both Kat and Alfie start to lose their patience. Later, Kat promises Zoe that she’ll help find her surviving twin. But then she discovers Zoe has gone behind her back and swiped a load of dosh from the Vic till.
