Agreeing to help, Stacey drives Zoe to Greg’s flat to find out once and for all if he’s dead or alive. But what will they find? Zoe is in fragile state after the shooting (Credit: BBC) Zoe is home from hospital in EastEnders spoilers As another week kicks off in Albert Square, a shaken Zoe is discharged from hospital. She returns to Walford on crutches and is supported by Kat as she gets out of the car. Zoe’s still in considerable pain, but that’s nothing compared to her emotional scars. Zoe is greeted by the Slaters, who are thrilled to have her home. But it’s all too much for her and she rushes out. The police are confident Zoe’s shooting was not a targeted attack, but remain unaware the real culprit is one of their own. Kathy breaks up Zoe and Vicki’s fight (Credit: BBC) Zoe and Vicki have a public spat When news of Zoe’s homecoming reaches Vicki she’s keen to have it out with the woman involved in her dad Den’s murder. Back in 2005, Den was bludgeoned to death in a vengeful attack carried out by his wife Chrissie. Zoe was involved in Chrissie’s plot against Den, and for a while she thought she’d killed him. She fled Walford not long after this. Article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Tempers quickly flare as Vicki confronts Zoe in the cafe. So much so that Kathy and Anthony are forced to step in and separate the pair. However, Vicki isn’t done. She follows Zoe to The Albert, where they have round two of their public spat. Zoe’s worst fears are realised (Credit: BBC) Zoe gets a terrible shock Following her run in with Vicki, Zoe heads to The Vic for a drink with her family. She seems happy to be back in the fold, but Zoe’s mood shifts when she learns Freddie and Mo have shared the story of her shooting with an online publication. And just to make things worse – the local paper has run a story about her on its front page. This is the worst possible news for Zoe. Her face and whereabouts have been made public knowledge and it puts her at huge risk. Reeling from the discovery, Zoe leaves a message with a face from her past. Could it be her ex-lover Max? Zoe and Stacey stake out Greg’s place (Credit: BBC) Stacey takes Zoe on a dangerous mission in EastEnders spoilers Zoe’s fears continue to grow despite Kat and Anthony’s best efforts to reassure her. Later, Stacey catches Zoe with her bags packed, ready to go. She pleads with her stay but is left stunned when Zoe drops a bombshell and reveals the truth about Greg. A recent flashback revealed that Zoe met with Greg – the former neighbour of her son’s foster parents – to get information on her boy’s whereabouts. Zoe offered Greg money, but he wanted more than she could afford. Greg then attacked Zoe and she hit him over the head with a lamp in self-defense. Greg was unresponsive when Zoe left and she fears she may have killed him. After learning the truth, Stacey turns to Jack for help but he refuses to get involved. So Stacey suggests to Zoe they go back to Greg’s and find out if is he is actually dead. Later, the pair sit in the car as they stake out Greg’s place.
