Sam Mitchell shares her cancer fears in EastEnders spoilers for tomorrow – leaving a concerned Jack and Denise shocked when she reveals that she hasn’t seen a doctor. Denise tries to make a deal with stubborn Sam… but it soon falls apart when she realises that they’re bluffing.

Can anyone convince Sam to seek help?

Elsewhere, Harry goes missing as Nicola and George discuss her pregnancy bombshell, while Anthony snaps at his dad. And, as the family hold a dinner for Sam, Jean continues to cause concern for stressed-out Lily.

1. Sam’s cancer fears

Sam tells Jack that she’s found a lump and thinks it’s cancer. Jack is irritated to learn that she hasn’t been to the doctors, but is interrupted by Phil, who demands his stolen money back.

Later, Denise sits down to talk to Sam about her health concerns. While Sam refuses to see a doctor, the pair agree upon a deal.

Later, Sam sists down for a family meal with Ricky Jr. and Lily. However, she soon realises that Jack and Denise are bluffing about the deal.

She goes to see Phil, where another plan arises.

2. Harry disappears in EastEnders spoilers

Shocked by Nicola’s baby bombshell, George goes to see Honey. After Honey confirms her side of the story, George meets Nicola at The Albert to talk things through.

Unbeknownst to George and Nicola, Harry is at home, taking drugs. When they return, they find Harry missing, and only a note in his place.

3. Anthony turns on Patrick in EastEnders spoilers

Anthony is furious at Patrick when he learns that he’s spoken to his ex-wife, Sophie. Meanwhile, Zoe speaks with Kat at The Vic, who warns her to keep clear from Anthony as news of his restraining order continues to spread.

4. Jean continues to spiral

As Jean’s spiral continues, Lily remains worried about Jean’s behaviour. She decides to host the Branning family dinner, but is concerned when Jean dismisses herself as talk turns to Stacey.
