Classic Emmerdale: Val is caught stealing Paul grows frustrated with Val for not coming clean about her actions. Unbeknownst to him, he implicates himself in her scheme when he lends her money, which she tries to secretly return to the till at the Antiques Barn. Rodney catches her in the act, and Val spins a tale about Paul getting duped by a friend. When Rodney confronts Paul, Val confesses everything. Diane, outraged by Val’s behaviour, decides to call the police, setting off a chain of events that will change their lives.
