Things are not looking good for him as he has decided not to accept further treatment. Does that mean we can expect an exit for Mr Dingle coming soon? Cain didn’t get good news about his cancer (Credit: ITV) Cain got bad cancer news After fighting with Moira over his Charity mistake the night before, things were still awkward between them on Friday June 19. But their make-up conversation was interrupted by a call from the hospital. Cain took it and then informed Moira the cancer had spread and he needed radiotherapy. She comforted him and told him it was okay, they would get through this like they had everything else. But it was clear Cain was not okay and he later confided in Sarah he was thinking of not having any further treatment. She was surprised and tried to talk to him about how he would miss out of Leyla growing up. But she ultimately told him it was his decision and she would support him whatever. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Moira comforted Cain, but it wasn’t enough (Credit: ITV) Cain decides not to have the life-saving treatment in Emmerdale Later, Cain returned home to Moira and told her he had decided not to have the radiotherapy. She was stunned and told Cain he could die if he refused treatment. He insisted he could still live for years with the disease and he’d rather that and be back to normal than have more treatment and suffer side-effects for the rest of his life. Viewers know he is struggling with incontinence and erectile dysfunction both of which risk being permanent if he has radiotherapy. Moira told him she didn’t care if they never had sex again, but he said he knew she did, and that he did too. He was clear his mind was made up.Don't miss a single story!
