Has Kyle given himself away with this look? (Credit: ITV) Emmerdale fans convinced they know who the arsonist is On Monday (May 18) viewers spotted a moment which gave the game away. When Aaron came to report another fire had been started at the farm to Moira and Cain, Kyle was sitting at the table doing his homework. As Moira commented it was a relief that this meant she wasn’t the target and they discussed who was behind it, Kyle looked up. The camera focused on him for a smidge too long and his face was a smidge too worried for it to be coincidence he was in the shot at that time. Writing on Emmerdale Insider’s Facebook page, one fan said: “Of course it is Kyle, it’s not hard! Couldn’t be anymore obvious if he was singing Prodigy!” in reference to the band’s famous song Firestarter. Another added: “It’s written all over his face.” A third added: “I saw that look, Kyle could definitely be involved.” The Emmerdale credits listed Kyle first (Credit: ITV) Has Emmerdale confirmed Kyle is the arsonist by mistake? And now it looks like Kyle has been confirmed as the firestarter in what’s being called an unintentional ‘mistake’. At the start of tonight’s episode the hooded figure appears at the farm once again, about to light another fire. We only see the trainers and the back of him before he sets the blaze. However during the end credits the first name to appear is that of Kyle. As the credits usually list the cast in order of appearance, and Kyle didn’t actually appear at all during the episode, fans are sure this has given it all away. “In tonight’s credits Kyle is listed as the first person to appear but the first person to appear was the arsonist and then Joe so it looks like they’ve shot themselves in the foot and revealed it too early,” shared one on social media. Another added: “Howling at Emmerdale exposing who the fire starter is before they were supposed to!” “Oh look who’s the arsonist? We all already knew, thanks for the confirmation, Emmerdale,” laughed one more. A fourth wrote: “Emmerdale spoiling their own little arsonist whodunnit in the credits of the episode.” A fifth then said: “Why would you put Kyle’s name in the cast list? Thanks for spoiling it for us, Emmerdale!” Sometimes Emmerdale viewers are just too clever! Read more: Who’s leaving Emmerdale?
